Journey on the Breath: Breathwork for Healing and Expansion
I am co-facilitating this Sunday afternoon workshop with my friend and colleague Tracy Kenela. Breathwork is healing modality that utilizes a trance state (not unlike hypnotherapy) to activate memory and emotion held deep within the body at a cellular and energetic level. It is an excellent companion to any healing journey. This workshop includes a guided meditation, opening sharing circle, Breathwork instruction, a full 90-minute Breathwork session with healing support, and a closing sharing circle. Pre-registration is required, as space is limited to 10 people.
Cost: $75.00 per person
Time: 11:00am to 3:00pm
Dates in 2018: March 4, April 8, May 6, June 3, July 1, September 9, October 7, November 11
Location: Shoreline, WA (all details will be provided at registration).
Holy Vessel: Loving and Accepting the Body on the Spiritual Journey
I created this weekend retreat for anybody who struggles with being in a human body, and for those who have a complicated relationship with the body. If you have suffered from poor body image, prior trauma, disability or illness, chronic pain, disordered eating, or other afflictions…and if you identify as someone on a spiritual path, this workshop was designed for you. Using a combination of guided meditation, powerful hypnotherapy sessions, and intimate group processes, explore the blocks you have to being fully embodied.
Cost: $450 (lodging and meals included)
Time: Friday evening through Sunday afternoon
Dates in 2018: TBD
Location: Greater Seattle area (all details will be provided at registration)
Seattle Starseed Support
One of the specialty areas in my practice is working with Starseeds…people who are highly sensitive, usually empaths, and possess psychic ability and healing gifts. Starseeds are often drawn to the healing professions, and usually come to counseling due to exhaustion, confusion, and hopelessness about the current levels of darkness and chaos in the world. Because Starseeds often feel different and outcast, support is very important. I organize a Meetup under this same name, which is open to the public. I am also gathering interest for a smaller closed group, which will be more therapeutic in nature.
